Enrolling at Growing Einsteins...
Enrolling with us can be done during your orientation time, on the web page and then emailed to me, or over a coffee.
At Growing Einsteins we try to make the enrolment process as simply and as easy for you. The forms are just a click of a button. I am happy to help you to fill out these forms. In the case of English as a second language, a translator can be found. No problems!
Come and say Hi
Meeting new families is always a wonderful experience! This is why I try to encourage parents before enroling come and say hi, I would love to meet you and your little one/s. Please feel free to contact me to book an orientation time or just email an and I’ll be more than happy to schedule a good time.
How to Enrol
Enroling at Growing Einsteins couldn’t be easier, click on the enrollment form below and there it is! Feel free to contact me if you need any help completing the form. Once complete either email it back to me or bring it when you come for an orientation visit.
Preparation
Please fill out the student information form and the cancelation form. Ensure for the best comfort of your child, they have had food, water, and been to the toilet before they come. Bring a hat, a set of clean clothes and a drink bottle when you come for sessions.
Cancellation
Although we understand that some cancellations cannot be planned, these should be kept to a minimum as children are often on waiting lists. Please read the cancellation policy that appears from the click-box below. A copy of our cancellation policy will be sent out every term.
Your questions answered...
Answering your questions as best we can is important for you to know that your child is in the right hands, giving you peace of mind, when it comes to their learning.
To enrol your child at Growing Einsteins you only need to complete an enrolment form and send back to me. From there I will set up Direct Debit details.
- School Readiness sessions available Monday – Friday, 9am – 10.30 0r 1pm to 2.30. As these are group sessions, the times will be set once we have 3-5 children enrolled. Your pre-made groups of 4-5 children get the first 2 sessions free.
- Homework group sessions available Monday – Friday, 4:15pm – 5:45pm.
- Small groups will be organized for children with similar needs, and when they can attend.
- English as a second language will be taught in small groups of up to 5 children or 4 Adults.
We understand cancellations can sometime not be avoided. In this instance we ask you to please read through our cancellation policy carefully. To download please go to our enrolment page to find full details.
We ask that all students please bring a bottle of water, some spare clean clothes, a sunhat and a healthy snack (fruit or vegetables)
When dropping off and picking up your child, please sign in to the book to ensure we have records. There will be a place there where you write if someone else is collecting your child. More details will be in your enrolment pack.
My business stemmed from working with young children as a Primary School Teacher.
Many children required intensive teaching in school readiness activities such as hand/eye coordination, holding a book, holding a crayon, pencil or pen to draw, and following very basic instructions. These children often lacked self-esteem, independence and self regulation with emotions and behaviours.
I was asked by many parents to privately tutor their children, as they were noticing a difference in self esteem, skills and knowledge gained from school. I have tutored one-on-one for the last 10 years and helped nearly 100 families and children. I decided in order to provide this specialised tutoring to more children, with more options, I would turn Growing Einsteins into an Education Centre.
At Growing Einsteins we are very conscious about keeping our little ones safe.
Any accidents will be immediately reported to the child’s parent/s and will be documented in our safety plan.
